The effect of Faraday Rotation Mirror

   Faraday rotation mirror is fiber polarization rotating mirror, designed for optical fiber network and test application, through reflection, the input polarization state of light SOP rotated 90 degrees, but the polarization direction of rotation (left-handed or right-handed) remains the same, unique characteristic of Faraday rotation mirror is without random birefringence, along any point on the fiber, the former to the light and reflected light is always orthogonal to each other.

    It is used in amplifiers, fiber lasers and fiber instruments to minimize the polarization effect.

    Faraday rotation mirror has the following several types:

   1, Polarization Maintaining Faraday rotation mirror(PM Faraday rotation mirror)

   2, In-line Faraday rotation mirror(1310,1480,1550,1064nm FRM)

   3, Fiber  Mirror(1250-1650,900-1000nm)
